Alternative TMC-antenna
for Navigon 8450 Live

This TMC-antenna for your Navigon 8450 Live is an cost-effective solution, if you want to improve the TMC-reception of your device. As the TMC-antenna will now be fixed at the windscreen and is no longer a part of the car charger cable, significantly higher signal strengths can be reched.

The installation of this TMC antenna at your Navigon 8450 Live is very simple. It will just be pluged between device and car charger cable. After, the antenna wire will be fixed with suction cups at the windscreen. Please note, that for optimal TMC reception, the antenna wire should be mounted at least 5 - 10 cm away form the edges of the windscreen.

As the integrated TMC-antenna in the car charger cable is no longer needed, you can from now on also use the cheaper car charger cable without TMC-antenna.
