Payment Options

For paying your purchase, you can choose between several payment options:

Prepayment
Upon submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us, which includes our banking information. Please transfer the entire amount due to our account, noting your order number. Once your payment has been received complete, your order will be shipped.

C.O.D.
This is the fastest method to receive your purchase, since it avoids delays related to banking. Your order is shipped immediately and the cash payment is handed directly to the delivery driver in exchange for your goods. This option is available in Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. The respectivly assaulting charges for C.O.D. shipments can be found in our >>shipping charges page<<.

Paypal
This payment method is similar to prepayment and can also be used when paying by credit card. During the order process, you will automatically be redirected to the Paypal website for payment processing.

On Account
Due to a high incidence of non-payment, purchases made on account, can only be accepted for public entities (government, universities, schools, police, etc.) and companies with more than 50 employees. Purchases made on account should not be submitted through the online shop; please fax your order on government/company letterhead to +49 (0) 1805 / 47 11 90 - 1 (0,14 €/min. from german landlines, mobile max. 0,42 €/Min.).

The seller reserves the right, to exclude certain methods of payment in particular cases.
Seller's invoices are due for payment immediately upon receipt.
With purchases made on account, the billed amount is payable within 14 days.
You will receive an invoice with accounted VAT.
